Solution-focused thinking heavily influences our day-to-day work as adventure leaders and is one of the reasons for our success. We are now able to offer fast-track leader courses that will give NGB training in caving, paddle sports, mountaineering and climbing as well as specialised training in our successful blend of soft skills. Our teaching methods are fully hands on with a distinctive and refreshing absense of boring classroom stuff.
