I thoroughly enjoy working with children and learning new things, I feel working in the outdoor industry has given me the chance to experience different activities and to overcome new challenges. Having only been with a company for a short time, I have seen the response in the children that we work with, where their confidence and interpersonal skills have improved. Seeing this change in young people gives me a great sense of reward and achievement.
