Stephan Natynczuk D.Phil, FRSA, PGCE, APIOL, CIC, Principal.
In 1988, when I was Scientist-in-Residence at Clifton College I realised the power of experiential learning for young people through a series of expeditions to study wild animals in far off and remote places. Since then I have worked with people from a wide range of ages, abilities and backgrounds. I have trained to specialise in helping people bring out the best in themselves: working on both professional and personal aspects of their lives. My work is informed by a rich experience of academic, professional, business and personal experience, and if I can say so myself, benefits greatly from intellectual rigor, humor and imagination. Much of my time is spent reconnecting disaffected young people to meaningful education and I enjoy a good reputation for such work. I believe everyone has something positive to contribute to society and I hate to see young people written off for lack of support or lack of an environment in which they can achieve. A love of learning, valuing of knowledge and passion for discovery and exploration are the greatest gifts I have to offer and that is the purpose of this company. |
