I have been working within the outdoor industry since 2004 and in this time I have worked with a wide range of groups. In my free time I very much enjoy climbing, mountaineering and paddling, so having a job that incorporates all the things I enjoy is an ideal situation.

My Big Adventure has a completely different approach to the idea of outdoor adventure to what I have been involved with before. It is amazing to see the effects the programme can have on the children involved. They get so much from the overall experience, helping them to develop a huge range of core skills. The re-engaging of disaffected students with the goal of re-entering them into mainstream education is very rewarding but also very important within society. Giving these students a second chance is something that My Big Adventure does with precision and skill.
