I have been active in the outdoors for as long as I can remember. In 2003 I decided to see if I could turn my passion into a career and since then I’ve been fortunate enough to work all over the world from Leading expeditions to Africa, facilitating young people’s development to running taster sessions in climbing walls. To me this isn’t a job or a hobby it’s a lifestyle, this means my work gets as much effort as my personal time.

Working for My Big Adventure enables me to work with hard to reach children. In doing this work I have seen the response and personal development in the children that we work with, where their confidence and interpersonal skills have improved. Seeing this change in young people gives me a great sense of achievement. This work calls for a lot of commitment from me and as a result the rewards are great and massively worthwhile.
